PROJECT: Best Buy was expanding Geek Squad and they needed a way to help connect all the Agents across the globe. The Little Orange Book was part of a year-long research, design, and culture building assignment to get everyone literally on the same page as we worked to launch Geek Squad’s new tagline, “Go ahead, use us.”
CONSUMER PROBLEM: As Geek Squad grew, part of its identity was getting left behind.
RESULT: Increased retention of senior Geek/Agents and improved customer satisfaction scores across key markets.
